Staff was very nice and kept the hotel looking great. Breakfast in the morning was good. They had fresh baked cookies later in the day. Overall great place to stay.

This hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Loved the omelette station. Although we had a not great nights sleep due to an unruly room next to us, this was dealt with well by the staff on duty and the GM when it reached the tipping point. Very appreciative of the night duty staff. Thank you!

Thank you. We don't get noisy guest often, but when we do we try to let them know and most quiet down. This room did not and we had to ask them to leave. We apologize for the disruption. Thank you for the great review.

We will definitely stay at the comfort suites again. I stayed with my husband and two boys. We shared a double queen room and found the space to be quite adequate. The pool and hot tub were clean and my boys loved them. The staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the evenings as well as the breakfast. And the best part of all is it was QUIET! We weren’t woken at night by traffic or people banging around in the hotel, which is often a problem at other places we’ve stayed in Wenatchee. The Comfort Suites will be our go-to hotel in the area from now on. I definitely recommend it.

Cheap tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Definitely one use only. Soap is the cheapest packaged sliver they can find. We were told the pool was 80-84. It was not. I’ve been swimming since I was born and I’m 60 … I know when a pool is 80 or above. Checked with the front desk. The clerk totally ignored me and kept chatting to her coworker even though I was 5” away. She did not smile once. She checked and said the thermostat said it was 81. I told her the thermostat was wrong and to go feel it. She repeated herself. The only reason we decided to stay here was because they told us the pool was 80-84°. Beds are super soft. Be careful if that bothers you. My daughter described them as “wretched”. The cookies are nice. And the lobby smells like cookies which is a pleasant touch. I don’t know why I thought hotels all had usb ports by the beds now. They don’t. There are two by the desk though. Shower water pressure is dismal. They advertise riverfront all over the place but the river is like a half mile away… and there certainly isn’t any view of it. We had to move to another hotel and they won’t give us a refund. “Comfort” should not be part of the name.

The king size bed was so comfortable and got a great night sleep. The parking was very close to the entrance of the hotel for easy access as well. My room was very clean and at a warm temperature despite the 0 degree weather. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Will be coming back again when I visit Wenatchee!

The Wi-Fi did not work the entire stay for 2 days. Stayed at this location once before and had similar problem but was resolved the next morning. The maid was cleaning the room next to ours and it sounded like they were doing construction. Very limited television channels.
