"Reception staff was very welcoming. She accidentally gave me the wrong room key but called me before I had brought all of my things in from the car and was very apologetic. The second room had an overwhelming floral scent. I checked at the front desk and was told that all of the rooms are sprayed with eucalyptus. "I checked in and was assigned three different rooms, all of which were unsanitary. Towels were visibly dirty and brown, bedding had hair on it, surfaces had dried residue, and the toilet was unclean. The conditions were not safe or fit for occupancy. I left within minutes and did not stay. A manager verbally confirmed I would receive a full refund, but the hotel later refused to honor it and contradicted themselves when speaking to Expedia.
