"Really friendly staff. Very clean room - I stayed in the single , perfect for solo travellers. Excellent location for sightseeing Banbury and good access to the train station - a fifteen minutes walk. Tasty breakfast and friendly service. Highly recommended. "

"Staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. I was checked in and served in the bar by a young man whose name I didn't get, but he said he was supporting from the Bedford hotel. He was super helpful despite not being 100% familiar with the hotel and did his best to answer my questions about parking etc. "

"Well i think the pool did blow my mind by how warm it was. I think having to pay for parking and breakfast was unexpected. The showerhead in the room needed descaling as the water didn’t come out much and the kids doughball starters in my opinion are far too big and too much bread for a child I would suggest 4 or 6 much smaller balls. "

"This property is in a quiet village and the local views are stunning. My only criticism is the lack of electronic device charging ports. Many pubs are switching at least the bedside power receptacles to the ones with built in usb ports. Other than this small inconvenience it was perfect "
