"Definitely live up to its 5 star hotal name. Thank you very much to receptionist 小余小姐. She made us feel like we are welcomed home. We arrived around 11:30 AM, the room we booked isn't available but she give us an complimentary room upgrade and helped us checked in right away so we can leave our belongings in our room which is amazing service. Other staff are very attentive and helpful as well, showed us shortcuts around the hotel to exit closes to main street. We ordered delivery and the staff...

"Very pleased with our hotel room, including deluxe bathroom facility. Spacious room overall. Old model safe in the room, which I was not comfortable in using at all. Great location to a mall, market street, restaurants, modern stores of many types, major grocery store. Information or area map available would have been helpful - particularly in English. Staff not very informed to answer any questions - not bilingual English speakers."
