"This hotel was built within an historic structure. The rooms are generous in size, and beautifully appointed. They are arranged around a four-story courtyard with a lounge on the ground floor. The first time we stayed, we were greeted by a jazz duo playing in the bar off the lobby—wonderfully calming music after a hectic day of travel and auto breakdown. An item I left behind was found and put aside for me for our return visit—great customer service!! "
"The Drury was wonderful for our family while on vacation! The evening reception was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day. The staff was all very friendly and helpful as well! Breakfast in the morning had a lot of options which was nice with kids. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of room for our kids as well! We will definitely stay at a Drury again in the future!!"
"Another extraordinary stay at the Ambassador Hotel Wichita. We come for business several times a year. We use to pick a new hotel each time, BUT....we are now completely spoiled for the Ambassador! Great people in all positions, the restaurant is really good, and the rooms are simply the best!! We usually request a corner room..just a little more fun and light and energy from downtown! Overall beautiful, lovely property."
"The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had a musty smell and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the AC down but Lisa was great. She came up to the room, adjusted the AC and sprayed the room with a Febreeze type product. She offered to give us a different room if we were still not happy but the AC seemed to clear out the mustiness. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
