"Perfect location! My daughter and I stayed here for our Broadway Vacay, and we couldn't have been in a better location. One block from Time Square and only 1-3 blocks from any theater that we attended. Plenty of restaurants and a 24 hour convenience store right next door. Hotel is extremely clean, comfortable and quiet! Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in several hours early for a small fee which was nice! The only small complaint I would have is no fridge in the room. There is an ice machine behind the bar that you have access to but a small fridge for water/drinks would have been nice, but certainly not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Everything was great except for check in front desk person. She was borderline rude. Still got us a room that we had reserved but was short and not friendly. Everyone else at the front desk was awesome and very friendly. "

"Location is awesome if you’re looking for convenience to subways, central park, broadway shows and going out. Room was tiny, warm, ac did not work properly and neither did tv. Elevators constantly busy and full. Overall not great if you’re staying in however perfect for just going to bed and enjoying the city. "
