"Very friendly and thorough front desk staff. Very convenient parking. So close to a great beach entrance one way and restaurants (especially Summer House) the other way. Cute, small bungalow. Loved that they supplied a bag cooler. Pool is smaller but heated. Excellent bathroom and shower. Comfy soft bed. Will definitely come back. "

"The property just like any resort has lots of things to do and lots of entertainment, however, the property is outdated. The 2 elevators take forever to arrive (be prepared to wait 5-10 min at a time to get on the elevator). Taking the stairs down is always faster.
The pools and hot tubs have cloudy water with lots of chlorine. Spending any time in the pool is tough due to the strong smell of chlorine.
The rooms are also outdated. Have a super loud HVAC that will not let you sleep at night....

"It was not clean.
It had a tile floor that squeaked when walking on it.
The furniture had soiled fabric seats.
The bathroom floor was not mopped and the toilet seat was loose
The toilet paper holder was broken.
The pillows were very uncomfortable because they were extremely lumpy and the bed was hard.
The one thing that was perfect was the location and the price because I applied for a one key credit card on Expedia that gave me an instant $100 discount.
