"Had a leak in our room. Told the front desk they did not offer any reimbursement. The leak also was dripping to floor which made the carpet constantly wet. This was extremely disappointing. This created an uncomfortable environment and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. For the price that was paid I expected the room to be properly maintained and free of issues that impacted comfort and convenience. The leak significantly affected my overall experience.
