Lokasi satu gedung dengan mall, kolam renang luas, kebetulan waktu menginap non-smoking room penuh, terpaksa di smoking room pertama masuk agak tidak enak bau kamar. Sarapan standar, Wifi internet tidak bagus (kadang lancar kadang lambat, koneksi putus nyambung dari kamar)

keseluruhan good, kecuali parkirnya
Untuk keseluruhan pelayanan kamar cukup baik, sarapan buffet sangat puas dan enak, tapi sayang menginap disana 2 malam ternyata menu breakfastnya sama (hanya beda 1-2 menu, yang lain sama). parkir kurang memadai karena campur dengan pengunjung mall CSB, space di depan hotel sangat sedikit. jadi sulit cari parkir dan akses keluar masuk juga padat. waktu jam 7 malam harus antri 1 jam untuk keluar parkir mobil. padahal kalau tidak macet hanya butuh waktu kurang dari 5 menit.

Dalam rangka liburan hari raya Idul Fitri sekalian mudik menemui keluarga, kami sekeluarga menginap di hotel Swiss-bell cirebon yg saya booking secara online melalui Hotel.com.Saat sampai di area CSB, kami sempat bingung dengan lokasi lobby hotelnya, setelah tahu, area parkirnya di depan lobby penuh. Kami diarahkan utk parkir di lt. 6A gedung parkir. Dari lantai parkir yg berhubungan dgn servis area hotel yg terdapat kolam renang dan resto hotel. Sy hrs turun ke lobby utk check in, yg menurut saya sharusnya jg disediakan front office atau tempat check in tamu hotel. Petugas front office sampai roomboy yg membantu membawakan barang2 kami sangat ramah dan membantu. Kamar yg kami dapat tipe superior, dengan fasilitas dan gambar yang sesuai dengan gambar yang ada. Kulkas mini tanpa mini barnya. Wifi kamar susah di access. Kolam renang dan menu sarapan di restorant hotel juga cukup oke. Berhubung ada access langsung ke mall CSB cirebon, bila ada keperluan yg harus dibeli, kami tidak perlu repot2. Jadi kesimpulan saya saat menginap di hotel swiss-bell cirebon, sangat menyenangkan dan berkesan. Saran saya agar disediakan area parkir yang luas di depan dan sekitar lobby hotel disertai petunjuk arah lobby hotel yang jelas sejak dari loket ambil tiket parkir.

Just Okay..
Hotelnya cukup baik, hanya awalnya ac nya kurang dingin.. sedikit diluar ekspektasi, karena semua serba standart.. parkirnya sangat rumit.. butuh 30 menit untuk bisa keluar dari parkir. kelebihannya adalah pelayannan yang baik dan kasur yang sangat nyaman.

kami mendapat kamar bisnis eksekutif di lantai 7 tapi ada connecting door sehingga suara2 dari tamu sebelah berisik dan mengganggu.....kamar tidak kedap suara. kolam renang sangat bagus dengan air hangat. ada access ke mall di lantai 3 sangat nyaman

Noisy and very uncomfortable because the construction of the building does not guarantee sound proof. I happened to be placed on the floor with guests staying with the family so the children were noisy.

처음에 들어간 방은 4시간이 지나고 시원해지지않고 아침에 샤워하는데 뜨거운 물이 안나와서 덜덜 떨면서 샤워함 주위에 작은 몰이 있어서 편리함 체트아웃도 안했는데 청소부가 노크도 없이 방문을 함부로 열어서 깜짝 놀람

on expedia website, we should able to amend the room type ( I changed it as lined with a time frame given) and on expedia web show "maybe" free charge for roller/extra bed, but in reality Swiss Bel hotel didn't know my amendment? a receptionist said it's fully booked and I had to pay Rp.300.000 for extra bed.

Solotrip to Cirebon. Hotel is in good location, near the mall. Just opened the gym and spa. Breakfast ok, did not try other dishes from the F&B department though. Others nothing to complain about.

Convenience location but improvement needed.
Superior deluxe room does not seem give the value for its title. Upon check in, the room was not prepared for the guests to have a cool room for immediate comfort when the temperature was blasting hot outside. We had to play around and try to adjust the temperature control until we decided we needed an assistance. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. However, a good maintenance program, proactiveness and anticipation of guests needs could be better. The 'Minibar' as they call it, is beyond what it's supposed to be. The fridge is not cold to store any drinks or foods.
