"We had a great time! My second time staying here and my family's first. Everyone enjoyed the lobby DJ Friday night and the chicken pesto sandwich I had at the bar was fantastic!
My daughter forgot her hat and water bottle in the truck after we valeted it but Steven at the front door and the other staff rushed to get it for her.
I love staying at this hotel for it's great vibe and I feel that it;s a great central hub to get to everything. We grabbed an Uber to Fenway but decided to walk back...

"Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The hotel overall is very cute.
We had additional charges for being close to TD Garden ($40) which were not included in the original cost of the room and valet left our car parked in the middle of traffic creating a traffic jam for the one way road it is on. We had expected better attention for the $70 overnight parking fee with valet. Without a garage available this is the only option as overnight parking on the street is not allowed.

"Sadly I was disappointed. The hotel itself looks beyond run down and more like a motel feel. The buttons on the elevator buttons and fob thing was filled with dirt and dust. The rooms are decent and clean but everything in the rooms are so old. The shower curtain was falling apart, the windows are dirty. The beds and room overall were okay. The staff was beyond friendly and kind. Something to also keep in mind it is surrounded by like 3 hospitals. So, it is very quiet and dreary. "
