"Property is very well located. All staff were pleasant; some were helpful, others not so much. Was moved from first room to another bcuz of maintenance issues. Deferred maintenance in both rooms. Wasn’t told there was a restaurant on-site during check-in. Hotel needs strong capable management to tighten procedures, ensure all staff properly trained & stay on top of maintenance issues before they become big problems."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well located.
One of the biggest reasons we chose this hotel was because they welcome dogs at no extra charge. This made such a huge difference for us! There was no hassle, no worrying about additional fees, and certainly no need to hide our dogs. We could simply enjoy our stay with them, which made the whole experience so much more...

"Great location and wonderful hotel. Computers were down when we arrived so checked our bags and returned later to check-in. Room was great. Unfortunately, the alarm was sounded at 3:15am and we had to evacuate the hotel. The next morning when checking out there was no apology about the alarm and it was during checkout that we were informed of a $35 credit we had for our room. This could have been conveyed to us when we checked-in."
