"The whole experience was horrible. If I could give a zero I would. Everything was dirty without exaggeration!!!! The water was turned off for hours without notice so I couldn’t even take a shower. There was lots of mold, lots of cracks all over the place. It smelled like urine. When I first entered my room I almost slipped on my butt because they mopped the floor with Clorox. My room felt like it was some type of gas chamber because the Clorox smell was so heavy I couldn’t breathe and it made my eyes water. The room I rented was supposed to have a bath tub and it did not. So I went to the front desk and they gave me a room downstairs so I went upstairs to re-grab all my stuff and head downstairs. When I got to my second room mold, hot, gross. I used the restroom and found out the toilet didn’t flush right and it was very loose. Also they slipped a note under my door that read a a hotel alarm test would be going off at approximately 11 AM so I changed my work conference call for 12pm. Well the alarm didn’t go off at 11 it went off at 12pm during my call and again about a hour later. Each alarm lasted for like 10 to 15 minutes. Literally the 2nd Worst experience in my entire life. I rented this room to get away from life for a little bit, time for myself. This hotel experience just made it worse.
I was not the only one complaining there was other hotel guests that were so upset. I would have rathered slept on a park bench!!!
