"I paid extra money to enjoy the pool and its services. Unfortunately the pool side seating was esthetically pleasing BUT staff didn't open service till well after 3pm when we were informed it should open at 2pm. No outside drinks or food are permitted on pool side, maybe next don't pay and arrive to relax unless you dont want a cold beverage by the pool. "

"The room was clean and adequate for our needs. The breakfast was good. Our only issue was that even though the check-in time is 4:00, our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30, and we had to wait until 5:00 for it to be ready."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked about the laundry machines not working, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. I also requested an extra pillow and was simply told “no” without any effort to accommodate or offer alternatives. "The view is beautiful. The room was perfect with plenty of space and a large balcony. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the property. Only stair access where the villas are, we definitely got our steps in! 😩 Amazing location with a semi private beach, loved it! "

"I had to refuse the first room because it smelled extremely of urine. If you book a Motel 6 then you deserve what you get. "

"The front desk clerk wouldn’t even make eye contact or speak She was not friendly or inviting. The door was already locked at 7 PM. I would not stay here again. You could clearly tell they haven’t scrubbed or clean the shower in a while ."

"Well when we got there we were informed that they no longer served breakfast which was one of my reasons for picking the place. The fitness gym only had one working machine. The room was comfortable although the tv was small and the pool was nice although where the gate to get in is anyone could just go in it. House keeping were very nice. It was an ok stay but i doubt if we will ever stay here again "

"Hotel needs a good update. Don’t spend your money here. Beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. Paid $294 to stay at a hotel that wasn’t comfortable at all & was told the hot tub worked. Jets worked water was freezing."

"The property is in immaculate condition. The property manager is extremely kind and friendly. She was available throughout the stay. The house is well maintained and very clean. It is easy to get to in the neighborhood. It is farther out from Galveston shops and restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal. We had great access to a good driveable beach that is quiet. We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location and management group. "
