"Everything was amazing and I had a soccer game until 11am and the front desk was able to accommodate a late check out for us, which saved me. I will definitely visit again!"

"They are trying to renovate, but poor craftsmanship overall with messy finishes. Our room was decent. Hall carpets were filthy. Staff was nice/helpful and location was decent. Price was the only thing that made it worth it, but probably wouldn’t go back. Breakfast was primarily carbs (cereal, breads, waffle, biscuits -with gravy), and eggs."

"So when we got there check in was fine. We got to our room and the kids wanted to go to the pool and we had zero towels. No hand towels. No regular towels. No wash cloths. Nothing. When I went downstairs to ask for some and the worker gave me one towel. I said there is 5 of us. We need 4 more and some wash cloths and something to put on the floor and she came back with 2 more towels. I was like 2 MORE PLEASE. The lady behind us said they didn’t have bedding on their beds when they got their room...

"Room was clean but the air conditioning barely kept the room even moderately cool and it wasn’t that hot outside. Breakfast was gross. Waiting about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check out."

"The hotel smelled terrible. As soon as you walked through the door it smelt like mildew. The towels, the sheets. Everything just smelt awful. There was something spelt on the floor outside the elevator and the next morning it was still there. I feel like the facility could have been more kept."

"The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. The rooms were clean and roomy and the breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. The location is conviently within walking distace of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to stay there when I return to Galveston"

"This hotel is wildly outdated and smells like mildew. The rooms are incredibly small and the furniture is from the 90s at best. The bathroom is so tiny that the door hits you in the leg while you’re on the toilet. They make you pay a daily fee to park in their completely open to the public parking lot. Staff is rude. We got woken up to loud obnoxious banging at our door at 7:15 AM. It was staff telling us we had a towel hanging from our balcony that needed removed immediately. It’s been drying...
