"Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.The hotel is central located.
The free breakfast is a plus and out of this world. Laundry room opens 24/7 with free detergent & fabric softener.
We enjoyed our stay there , the 2 nights went fast.
I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
I’ll stay here again when I come back to Ottawa."

"Staff were helpful, breakfast was fully labelled with allergen alerts, very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Free newspaper should be switched to Ottawa Citizen or G&M, the Financial Post is owned by an American hedge fund and covers news accordingly."
