"Location is certainly number one. We flew with Air Canada who uses Terminal 2, how handy. Staff were great, room was perfect, clean well prepared, shower was also great. No complaints would do it again and probably will Restaurant service and food were also very satisfactory. Well done."

"Sofitel is always our go to when transferring through Heathrow. Convenient, quiet and nicely appointed. Added benefit that their bar stayed open to watch the world cup!. The only issue was a knocking/dripping noise coming from underneath our bath tub. Luckily we were too tired to care."

"Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!"

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. There is ample seating outside which is great on a summers day,The grounds are kept beautifully. The hotel is an old building, unfortunately no air conditioning in the bedrooms due to the age of the hotel, but fans were provided, as we visited on the hottest day of the year. The hotel is very welcoming, all staff are very friendly, polite and helpful… a special mention to Helena on...

"War für eine Übernachtung ok. Ear zwar klein, aber wir waren sowieso nur zum schlafen da. Das einzige was negativ war, dass wir nur ein einziges Badetuch bekommen haben (kein Handtuch vorhanden) und auch nach Nachfrage nichts mehr bekommen haben, da die Hand-/Badetücher angeblich aus waren. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden"

"Stayed one night. Did not get to experience any eateries. Used the Hoppa Hotel shuttle to and from LHR - very easy quick ride. Check in was good. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We are flying back to LHR in September and will definitely book this hotel "
