"The Rideau Centre was one block away from the hotel. The staff were amazing just like family. Nice gym and art deco pool. Great location for touring the city. "

"Parking was so confusing and all of the streets are one way streets. The person at the front desk wasn't sure about parking options so I wasn't sure if I had parked somewhere I wasn't supposed to - and if my car would be there in the morning."
