"Rooms were clean. Hotels is in a perfect location. We went to catch a pirates game and the city did not disappoint. Shopping and food all great. The casino being attached to the hotel is very convenient. Great stay"

"When we checked in they were to add the parking on the 2rooms bill and it was applied to the incorrect hotel room and unfortunately we didn’t notice it until we got hone. Spots on the sofa cushions. There was no local map available."

"The stay overall was fine, but my main issue was with the cleanliness of the room. When we walked in there was dried fruit (I hope) on the floor, the night stand/alarm clock were dusty, and it had a musty smell. We had a junior suite. The bathroom was extremely small, and the door to it didn’t shut or lock. Parking is also a pain. Pay $32/day to park yourself around the corner or $44 for the valet. You can’t beat the location though, and my kids loved the pool which had a nice view. The gym was...
