"When we first arrived to our room just before 10pm, the air conditioning wasn't working. We discovered it had ice on it. We called the front desk, and they sent a maintenance worker. He immediately said that the air conditioning had been turned below 67 degrees and needed to be unfrozen. To be clear, this was the situation immediately when we walked into the room. The worker told me he could unfreeze it by using the room's hair dryer or using a "heat gun" that he could get. We opted for this...

"The location was perfect and the lobby areas were great. The bathroom was our main complaint. The grout in the shower needs attention and was gross - it was either dirt or mold, neither of which are desirable. The staff offered us some free snacks as a result but couldn’t move us because they were sold out. The room was small but fine. Would not stay again based solely on the bathroom."

"Overall poor experience. Clearly a very old property and the staff are not proud or attentive with their work or the hotel. The location is not great, either. I’ll not stay there again."

"My biggest con: parking. The only option is valet unless you want to use a public garage. We had to circle the building several times in order to check in bc there’s only about 3 spots out front on the curb and it was full. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Great location, friendly staff, clean room and facilities. Overall good and would stay again."

"The spot was amazing!! Location was perfect for what I went for, which was to see the dodgers play at PNC Park. There were things that visibly need to be fixed, small holes on one wall, fire alarms falling off the wall(still connected) the sink would clog if the water was on to long . But honestly I had a great experience. The room made me want an apartment like that set up. It was down the street from good food amd the ballpark was a 7 minute walk. The room was very clean. "All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful! It was in walking distance to delicious restaurants! The breakfast was homemade and took allergies into account! Couldn’t ask for a better stay!"
