Hotel Murah di West Ferry

"The hotel is very outdated and even though they have tried to update some areas, there are too many areas that need to be attended to. Mattresses and pillows are old looking,sliding doors into bathrooms don’t slide well ,TV didn’t work, breakfast area is very disjointed and food selection poor. Hotel floors and bedroom do not smell good.The staff at the front desk -namely VICTORIA - was wonderful however! She deserves to work in a better location"

"The AC in the room didn't maintain the temp over night. Not sure what was going on with that, couldn't figure it out. Shower was small but whatever, it was hot water and did the trick."

"We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! "The room was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was gorgeous. However, there wasn't much water pressure and the room was dusty. The bedding was stained, but I was able to get clean linen quickly and a wash cloth to clean up room. Great a/c. In a good location."

"Motel was easy access and someone was available to tell of major concerns. However, the problems were abundant No running water in the bathroom faucet Carpets were filthy. Amenities were empty Moved to another room. Same problems. No faucet water and dirty carpet No towels one day and room was not cleaned Coffee available for 2 days, then the pot disappeared Bathrooms in Lobby out of order. This Holiday Inn was terrible!!"

"Loved the pool and hot tub as well as the guest washer and dryer. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Only complaints- weird smell throughout the hotel and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for 3 guests in room. No body wash- just tiny bar soaps."

"Spent 1 night for a quick getaway. Fantastic spot and unbelievable view. The mansion hotel is very cool, like you've gone back in time. Dinner and drinks at the restaurant was perfect. Sitting on the Adirondack chairs with a drink overlooking the ocean view was serene."
