"Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything about the hotel itself was great.
My only concern is the unexpected charges to my card. While we were staying there, there was an attempted charge of about $170 even though we did not order room service or purchase anything extra. They said they didn’t know why. My card was locked at the time, so the charge did not go through. Today, after my card was unlocked, the hotel charged me $38.

"Have been booking this hotel every time we’re in Norfolk, it’s such a great location in between norfolk and Virginia Beach. Close to all shopping centers and restaurants. The establishment itself is clean, staff has been nothing but amazing, very welcoming and warming. The rooms are spacious. We normally travel in 6. 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents and we all fit in the suite comfortably.
There are busy times, when the pool is crowded so the water doesn’t look as clear, and the breakfast...
