"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Only one person working the desk during check in so the line was extremely long and took some time. Other then the lengthy check in wait it was a pleasant stay"

"Very nice staff and perfectly fine hotel, if a little outdated. The hot tub was unavailable on my stay and the rooms could stand to be modernized a bit, more USB ports, modern fixtures etc, but I enjoyed my stay. If you're going to Glenwood Caverns you couldn't be closer and your hotel parking puts you in a prime spot."

"Room was nice and clean. They provide dispensers for soap, body wash and shampoo. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was plentiful (no waffles). Easy check-in and they have real keys so no one can accidentally get in your room. Got in too late to use pool or spa ( still open, just late for us."

"Awesome Hotel and great location. We had the single family home with 2 king size beds. Sorry forgot the name of the room. It was located outside the actual hotel just around the corner. It was like being in an Air B&B. Many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Many of the stores close between 3-6pm. Restaurants close around 9pm and some a little later. The Glenwood Hotel with Hot Spring pools are also walking distance from the Hotel. Super nice facilities at the Pools. Wish we had another full day to explore the area better and go to the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. Will have to come back again. Highly recommend this Hotel."
