"Clean room and hotel seem brand new"

"The staff was accommodating, Their air condition was so loud we had to change rooms. The second room was fine but still loud. The bed was comfortable. The first day breakfast was decent but not the second day, The pool seemed dirty on the first day of stay, some white floating substance kept me away from taking a dip. The room rate plus a $10/per day parking fee was an over charge. Unfortunately, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel for the price and I won't be staying at any IHG in...

"Our room was extremely spacious and the beds were comfy. It was a little difficult lugging our suitcases on the top floor but not a huge deal. It smelled really good in the room not musty like some of the reviews said. The breakfast was good and it was a great location to go to the hot springs nearby. We also won the guest of the day giftbasket which was a fun surprise! 😁"

"Step back into the 50’s. Hair dryer and tv did not work. “Easy” chair was a simple office chair which was broken and slopped forward. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms."

"The location is great for being in walking distance to the Springs , shops, and restaurants. Rooms are clean but very dated, It served its purpose."

"We enjoyed the old, historic vibe at this hotel. So unlike many hotels without any character. Our room was clean with amble air conditioning. Tiny, tiny bathroom sink, hardly usable! Maybe that's in keeping with the old vibe? Conveniently located, with many restaurants nearby. The only issue was checking out. As we used Expedia, they would not provide us with a receipt."

"We were excited to stay at the bed and breakfast. Had an emergency and was hoping to postpone however owner didn't allow so we stayed for one night and lost money on the second night by leaving early. The bed and breakfast doesn't have air conditioning and it was very warm. The small swamp cooler in the window didn't cool the very small room down. The house itself was falling apart with the bedroom sloping very badly as well as the bathroom. They should not call this place a bed and...

"We liked the size of the room with the studio and couch as well as the table and chairs. The bed was very hard and the air conditioning unit very noisy. Also, the bathtub faucet dripped constantly. The breakfast was average, but the staff was friendly and accommodating."
