"Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. "Our room was supposed to be a deluxe double with a sea view, it was very small, only one armchair, nowhere to put your suitcase, no drawer unit to put your clothes, shower room small, with a shower base which looked chipped, no heated towel rail, my wife couldn’t see in the shower room mirror, it was too high, shower room was cold, nowhere to put your soap bag, at £435 per night, it wasn’t good enough, the breakfast was good, we had no hot water the first day, we were booked for four nights and...
