"Our housekeeper was fantastic. She went above the call of duty. Our waiter was great too. Breakfast was excellent. The doorman was always there and on the ball. Pool was nice and clean. The young man who checked us in was very thorough. We will stay here again when we come back."

"I was in a basement room looking out at a retaining wall, and there was no working elevator to my floor on check-in day. The room had a palm sized spot of blood on the carpet by the sink, outside the bathroom, which I stepped on in stocking feet before I saw it. The heel of my sock was damp and red/brown. ..."
