"The staff has been the kindest I’ve ever talked to, we had issues with our flight due to terrible weather conditions and they still waited for us to arrive safe and sound. I cannot thank them enough for all their help and understanding with our situation"

"Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night. "

"short walk to station, shops and food options and more in delivery range. staff were friendly and helpful for advice on where to eat. only 2 stops away from Paddington station. if i need to stay in london again i'll be checking here first "
