"Terrible experience. I had a late check in and there was nobody there to let me in. A random guest had to come and open the door. I just stayed in a random room because there was no service or check in instructions. The room was filthy. The spread and sheets reeked of urine. Old towels were left in the room. The bathroom was nasty. Didn’t even use it. I laid on the other bed for like a few hours just to get some kind of value. I left right after that. I would not recommend this location."

Due to some internet issues and a delayed flight, completing the booking proved extremely difficult, but the staff was extremely patient, understanding and accommodating.
