"Lets face it this is an old property, but the bed was clean, the room cleaned daily and clen towels every day (not all hotels do that,) No Bells No whistles a place to lay my head after a long day, that's enough for me."

"Wonderful hotel. Comfortable bed & bedding. Lovely boutique hotel feel. Close to transit. We walked to Kew and took the bus back at the end of the long day. Lovely sitting areas inside & out. Staff recommendation close by breakfast spot is excellent. Lots of restaurants 10-15 m walk away. Had some issues on check-in and again on check-out with the pre-paid parking not being tied to our booking. All in all, would not hesitate to stay again."
