"The hotel is beautiful, but the staff doesn’t seem to know who is supposed to do what. Check in shares the counter with the bar and the staff was very confused regarding drink orders. It is also strange that you can purchase beer from their lobby market and they are cheaper than the lobby bar (20 feet away)."

"I stayed just the one night at this property, the room was nice for a quick one night stopover although a mini fridge would have been nice. The queues to check in were long at 8pm on a Tuesday evening. Not enough staff in my opinion. The staff were helpful though. The breakfast was good and appreciated the fact it started at 5am as I had an early flight. Value for money. Would stay again."

"Excellent value for a very nice and comfy room. It was also nice to shower in a bathtub with a full shower curtain, unlike most other places I've stayed at in Europe where the setup allows water to get on the bathroom floor!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located at the airport which makes life very easy. The room had no windows and it looked like a closet. The staff were really wonderful and welcoming. Overall a very pleasant place but the price is too high for what you get."

"Long wait to check in, main reception not open. Breakfast looks lovely but lacks any taste, pancake machines both empty. People hogging drinks machines filling up flasks staff not moving them on, juices only gave water out. Double glazing very good as no traffic or airport noise."
