"Our room was pretty clean. Small but clean. The size didn’t really matter to us because we were out exploring most of the days. The meal deal for dinner and breakfast is a pretty good deal with lots of options at their breakfast. However, our second to last night at the hotel we ended up with a clogged toilet. I tried to call reception and nobody answered. I went to the desk and was given an email address and phone number for customer relations. I emailed them and the automatic response that I would get a reply within five business days. I tried to call reception again and nobody answered. I received an email response back the day after we got home. This email did not even offer a solution and told me that I did not send enough information to pass their security check. By that point, it was obviously too late, so I did not reply with the requested information which included my billing ZIP Code, my room number, which I had given them in the original email, my email address, which was the one I used to message them to begin with, the property address, which I had told them in the original email which hotel it was. So it looked to me like I got a copy and paste response with no solution."
