"Very easy to catch an early morning flight."

"Amazing value for money so close to Terminal 2/3 especially but only a quick bus ride from Terminal 5 too. Clean comfortable room. Pleasant public areas and the usual buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Have returned many times on my way through Heathrow"

"Staff were friendly. Very clean and good value for money. A lot of litter in the entrance outside due to a council bin overflowing which isn’t the hotels fault. The doors did stop working whilst we were there and the sockets in the room seemed to be poorly maintained but, not an issue we just used a different socket. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"We had a great experience at the Courtyard by Marriott London Heathrow Airport, thanks to Shannon’s excellent service. We weren’t happy with our initial room as we had requested an airport view, but Shannon immediately took care of it and found us another room without any hassle. I also called the front desk from our room while she was assisting another guest, and she returned my call promptly, which we really appreciated. We were so pleased with the level of service that we decided to become Marriott members during our stay, and Shannon kindly helped us set that up as well. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout—she made a big difference to our stay. We’d also like to mention the breakfast staff—Kamila, Leah, Ramandeep, and Roger—who were all friendly, efficient, and made our mornings even more enjoyable."

"Hotel was good enough for a night. Beds comfy, clean, etc. Lobby was very nice but the rest of the hotel is looking old ( carpets stained, dated) all in all its an alright hotel. Staff was very nice. Up graded my room without asking which was a pleasent surprise. When traveling note tho that although a shuttle does come to the hotel ( not with the hotel itself) its note included as expedia add makes it seem. Maybe i read it wrong but all hotels that offer shuttle in my area of canada are included when you book an airport hotel In summary my review is its an ok place to stay. "
