"A box fresh hotel, with fantastic staff and beautiful rooms. They couldnt have done more to make us feel welcome. The whole family really enjoyed staying here an all the little extras made it even better."

"The staff was still nice and helpful. The breakfast was just enough to get your day stated. The room service they offer was bad, food was cool although a lot, and they substituted our desserts, so very disappointing. I did realize the day after we checked out I had left my medical boot in the closet. Attempts to get in touch with the hotel regarding this has been disappointing, no answers or responses via email or text"

"Great location! The Uber boat was a short walk away. That provided multiple stops up the Thames all the way to the Tower Bridge. The taxi stand adjacent to the hotel provides easy access to transportation to Heathrow and sites around Kensington. The underground had a stop a short walk away too. Overall a very pleasant experience at the Doubletree!"

"The bed was to short for me. I am 185cm. Lots of noise from the rooms around me. I could hear every time they went to the bathroom. I could also hear the water in the drainpipe. The ventilation control panel went into error mode and woke me up due to the light from the control panel. All in all not a good night. The staff have learned everything they say to you from a notebook. You are just a number and get information you dont need or have asked for."
