"The room was not much bigger than a shoebox. For two people with two suitcases space was in adequate. No reception, which I didn’t find out till I arrived at the hotel.. probably my fault for not reading the ad but still inconvenient. For the four days we were there never once was the coffee replenished.. it was clean and the location was fairly convenient"

Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. Posteriormente nos trasladaron a una tercera habitación...

"Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here. Great apartment, very clean and so convenient for staying away for a week for work. Supermarket nearby for the essentials, parking space and no noise of slamming doors like you get in a hotel. Will book again for my next trip."

"The hotel carpets were water‑stained and grim, the air‑conditioning was dead on arrival, and the “solution” offered was a fan so weak it couldn’t cool a hamster. The curtains didn’t close, so I spent the entire night lit up like a shop window. Yes, the location is great, Sainsbury’s next door, but the mythical “free parking” might as well be listed under folklore. Unicorns are more common. Communication was a shambles from start to finish, and the manager and staff seemed genuinely unaware of...
