"We were told the day of our arrival that we were being moved to another property 40 blocks farther from the city. What choice did we have at this point? The alternate accommodations did not have a comfortable seating area for the 4 of us (one of the reasons for our original property choice) and was not as convenient for our preferred transportation options, and it was very different from the photos of the original reservation property. " ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, and many of them speak Spanish, which made communication much easier. The rooms were refreshed and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Dip from the Ane bar inside the hotel — he was an excellent host and extremely kind. The hotel’s location is outstanding, with easy access to many tourist attractions and business areas. I will definitely be staying here again in March...

"Wifi is not working good, elevator right wing only one working so people have to que long time"

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Perfect stay! I was upgraded to a queen size bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. On checkout day they also offered luggage hold. I was able to leave my bags and keep exploring the city without hauling it around! Will stay again! "
