"Stayed two weeks. Very clean very convenient location will definitely stay there again and will recommend to anyone going to Jersey and Manhattan. It’s conveniently across the street from the ferry terminal that takes you to Midtown 39th. The staff was friendly helpful. The breakfast was OK they could use less cheese in their food other than that, I give it five stars."

"De kamer was vies en verouderd. We hebben dit direct gemeld en foto's getoond: ze zouden de kamer grondig komen kuisen maar dat is nooit gebeurd. Kluis was ook kapot, uiteindelijk de dag nadien wel gemaakt. De dagen daarna hebben ze ook niet goed gekuist, chips lag nog op de vloer... Personeel was soms moeilijk te vinden: ontbijt : snel weg naar de keuken, onthaal: fake-vriendelijk of soms zelfs onvriendelijk als ik bijkomende uitleg vroeg. Ze hebben me 4,35 euro gefactureerd bij het uitchecken,...

"Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows. Some of the walls in the bathroom were uneven. The door in the shower was loose and difficult to open you had to push hard. But over all very clean. In my first stay the drain in the shower was clogged. I waited till the next day texted the front desk, stated what happened and asked for a complimentary upgrade, and got a text immediately and was upgraded to a room with a terrace, too bad it was raining I was not able to enjoy it. The staff was good but...

"Location is great! Easy access to Times Square, Central Park and the subway system. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and for the most part we had to live out of our suitcases. They advertised daily complimentary glasses of wine, but it wasn't available on Sunday or Memorial Day. Fitness Center is a bit difficult to access since it requires use of the elevator that requires assistance to use."

"Clean room. Great option for solo travellers. They provide the bare minimum for amenities (bed, pillow, one blanket, one top sheet, a small clip on fan, a reading light, locker for luggage). It is essentially a dorm room set up with bunk beds. Privacy is a concern due to only a half curtain. There are no curtains on the windows. Carry a pair of slippers."
