"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception area and adjoining bar/restaurant was dirty and tables were not bussed for a long amount of time. Floors in both areas were filthy and tables not cleared."

"Double room with 2 queen beds good for family but room very small. Also had bad experience as the first time we checked in the receptionist gave us the key but it doesn't open the room door. I went back to the receptionist, they re-validate the card and when I tried to open the srcond time, I was so shocked that the room was already occupied by someone. Lucky no one in the room but can see already had some luggages. I went back to the reception and turned out that they actually gave us the wrong...

"We chose this hotel as it was close to our son’s home.
The hotel is well placed for the beach, has a restaurant and a pub. Residents get 10% off breakfast which is already a bargain compared to other places.
Very clean and lovely staff.

"When we arrived and went to the room , it was filthy and unfit for occupation. We told the staff and they sent us to a clean room and had no further problems with our stay. good location , good breakfasts. just disappointed our stay started off as it did."

"Everything was good except for breakfast. The food was dry, bacon was not crispy, scrambled eggs had water in it or appearance that the egg was sitting on water. The fruit was hard and dry it lacked any juices, the watermelon, honey dew melon. It was not fresh."

"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it.
I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products.
Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"The hotel itself is very old and needs to be updated. Shower is too small and not modern enough. Room lights are confusing and need to be sorted out. Noise of Fan in bathroom didn't stop all night. I wouldn't recommend staying again."
