"Good location, beside Grove City Outlet stores. Ample parking. 2 floors with elevator. Rear view rooms face west onto a field and are nice and quiet. King size bed was comfy, decent size TV, had a good size mini-fridge, desk size was good, has a reading chair as well. Facility is a little dated, rooms are ok. Perfect stop over with last minute outlet store shopping on the way to Toronto. Check-in was good. Good value for the price."

"I called to confirm the reservation. In the midst of a heat wave, I lightly commented that I hoped the AC was working well. The person at the front desk said that he would turn on the room AC and it would be cold when I arrived. He not only had the room ready, but he also asked the next AM if the room was cold enough! I've traveled a lot as an engineer in multiple countries, but I rarely recall staff ever following up to make sure all was well"

"This property is advertised as dog friendly but it’s absolutely not dog friendly! Upon check in you’re given a document to sign that states that your pet is NOT allowed on the furniture or bedding and if they find ANY fur on either you will be charged an undisclosed cleaning fee. After showing this to my husband we chose not to stay. He went to the desk and asked for a refund of the room and pet fee. He was told that the manager was gone for the day and that she would issue a refund. One week...

I didn't expect it to be great, but it was still disappointing. The bagels and muffins weren't fresh. Milk wasn't labeled. Fruit was old. Bananas were overripe. Hot food looked OK, but I decided to go out for breakfast."

And the coffee was probably the best we have had on our trip!"
