Hotel murah di West Point

"The lobby had trash overflowing on the floor by the door as soon as you walked in. The outside of the hotel was not maintained. Bushes overgrown and the outside looked as it hadn't been cleaned or kept up in years. Water damage on the wall behind the receptionist in the lobby. Then they said they didn't serve breakfast in the breakfast bar and that only a light breakfast of muffins and juice would be served in the lobby in the morning. Not enough parking spots so they were having guests park in...

"The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!"

"This was one of the most disgusting hotels that our family has stayed at. Property is dirty with stains on walls and the carpets everywhere you look. There was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The room floor was dirty and I did not want to walk on it without shoes on. The water from the tap had an odd smell as well. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else. We still enjoyed our trip to Williamsburg and didn’t let the hotel experience ruin it for...

"Loved the location. Bearing able to walk to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast wasn’t much and the staff in there wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. The hotel overall just needs some updates and upkeep. Starting to look run down, but so was the visitor center."

"Beware there are other hotels much better to choose from!!!! NOT up to Marriott standards. This is such a poorly managed hotel. Have been coming to Williamsburg 28 years. Everyday breakfast items out (different times) , not being refilled, No coffee. Check in rude, sarcastic and condescending, could not wait for shift to end. Furniture damaged, TV stopped working. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came in once."

"Rooms were very clean, hotel was very full so breakfast was really full and not a lot of places to sit we stayed at a Holiday in Wilmington NC and they had cookies in the afternoon which was nice didn't see any in Williamsburg otherwise a nice stay"
