"Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again."

"At check in after prepaying via Expedia for my stay they charge a $50.00 fee at the hotel. The room was clean but smelled musty. The bed and sheets was amazing. The location was good too. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was way too hot. Breakfast was fair. Biscuits and gravy was good. Eggs weren't so good. Waffles were ok. Plenty of coffee. "Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"We stayed here one night before a flight. We had a car to return so didn't use the shuttle. The room was clean and well laid out (we had a suite with a sofa). There was plenty of room for us to do some repacking. The staff were helpful and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The price was good too. We would stay again if we needed to fly in or out of CVG airport. "

"There is a lot to like about this hotel, including how clean it is and the excellent free breakfast and dinner. Sadly, the noise level severely impacted our stay. We stopped here to rest during a long drive from California to the East Coast, but our 6th-floor room faced the freeway. The traffic noise was unbearable, and the loud AC unit made it worse. If you need a restful night, I suggest asking for a room away from the freeway."
