"Room was clean, bed fine it was just locating my room and having police circling the property made me feel like I was maybe not safe traveling alone and staying at the motel. I checked in @ 9:00pm and departed @ 3:45am. Was woken several times in the early am before my 2:45am alarm rowdy drunken guest. However, knowing I was gonna be there just for the sleep it was ok. Desk stay cordial and accommodating."

"had double sinks and fridge microwave...didn't read that it was an extended stay type place so when I got there and we couldn't checking in right away I saw alot of rough vehicles in parking lot w flat tires etc...tried to cancel even w trip insurance and got nowhere w expedia."

"When we arrived there was cigarettes still half lit in the ashtray at the entrance making it absolutely reek. The lady at the front was friendly, but busy. The location and the front desk lady are the reason for 2 stars. The room was not good.. there was black gunk on the carpet, my son stepped in and it was like tar and stuck to his foot and stained it. Behind the mattress to the wall there was piles of hair, the sheets were tough as well not soft at all and the bed was mediocre. Then we...

"The Comfort Inn on Quinalt in Kennewick has a friendly cheerful staff. The bed in my was comfy and cozy. I had a king suite which had a large sitting area with comfortably couch sleeper and two wide comfy chairs. The location is perfect to go anywhere from and being behind Col Ctr Mall there is plenty of shops and restaurants also within walking distance."
