"We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately. Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling. The pool is great...

"We wouldn’t stay here again. The room was just okay :/ The shower had lukewarm water at best, showers were cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs tasted like the pan they had been cooked in. They were inedible and extremely greasy. The bedroom linens were very obviously stained. The room was pleasantly cool but humid and sticky if that makes any sense. Location was good."

"This was our first time staying at a Drury hotel and it did not disappoint. From multiple pools and courtyards to breakfast AND kickback hour (snacks/dinner), we had a great time during our stay. Will come back whenever visiting San Antonio again!"

"Other than 1 mishap of not having a shower curtain, it was hastily dealt with and I had a great 2 nights there. Very convenient location near Frost Bank Center and Freeman Expo Hall."

"En general todo súper bien, solo que al parecer el aire acondicionado de la recepción y el gimnasio estaban fuera de servicio y en áreas comunes hacía mucho calor, lo demás 10/10"

"Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking. The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult. The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area."
