"I liked all the amenities."

"The hotel was generally fine, and the cleanliness was acceptable. However, the pillow was very uncomfortable. When I requested an additional one, the receptionist told me that the hotel had run out of pillows! This was the first time I had ever experienced such a situation at a hotel. I woke up the next morning with a stiff and painful neck. Although they provided me with another pillow the following evening, the neck pain unfortunately continued for two days."

"I only stayed 1 night but the staff was good and the Assistant Manager Alexander was especially helpful and friendly. We attended a 5:30 free drink and appetizer event that was basically a meal. A free breakfast was also included. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable."
