"First, I wasn’t aware that it was an extended‑stay property — that part was on me. Because of that, I didn’t realize there wouldn’t be the usual hotel amenities like a coffee maker in the room, facial tissues, or different‑sized towels. There were also people coming and going at all hours of the night, along with food smells from guests cooking in their rooms. Aside from missing those items and the noise/smells, the room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of TV...

"THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE. There was ants everywhere, like infested, super dirty and even the fridge was infested. Even the phone to call was infested. Then we switched rooms and it still had ants in fact I had an ant crawl on me and that is disgusting. Shower was dirty, fridge was dirty, even the ice bucket was dirty. And the bed quite frankly had Brown stains on it, both of them. We literally had to clean the place our self just for it to still be dirty!! If I wanted a dirty room and ant infested...

"The property doesn’t look like the pictures. We had to move to a second room due to the fridge leaking everywhere when we first walked in. Accidents happen, I get it. The 2nd room we were put in smelled like straight cigarettes as I’m traveling with 3 children. We get some air freshener from the front desk to mask the smell. The bathroom is totally disgusting. We were given 1 wash cloth and 2 towels for a total of 4 people in the room. I do not recommend."

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."

"The hotel has easy access to I-84 and a number of good local restaurants. The breakfast bar had 2 omelette options plus sausages, cereals, and cinnamon buns. The coffee was especially good. This was our second time stopping at this hotel on our way home from Pennsylvania."

"Everything was perfect"

"No towels in the room when we arrived. Rooms are loud and you can hear everything from people next door, upstairs or in the hall. The street traffic was weirdly load too (7th floor). Breakfast wasn't bad and the beds were good."
