"Rated 3 as We stayed at a 1 king bedroom on the 3rd floor for 3 nights. Room was a bit dusty and only provided 2 towels. Our shower gel was empty when we got to our room, good thing we had extra. We asked for refill 3 times but was never completed. Room was dark and didnt have a rug for the bathroom everytime you shower it floods. "The front desk staff at night and during the day upon checkout were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. Our original hotel was oversold and the front desk staff at that “unnamed” hotel just a few blocks away were awful and rude. It was a welcoming experience to come to this hotel and be greeted pleasantly and with a warm smile. Really appreciative of this after what was a long day of travel and confusion. "An excellent hotel with fantastic modern amenities. The 6th floor was another jewel with, sauna, gym, median room and outdoor pool and bbq area. Excellent quiet areas for meetings too. It is an excellent location that’s walking distance to the mart, early, state street the river and the magnificent mile. And if you are tired and don’t want to use the fully equipped kitchen, just Uber and have your food dropped off at the front desk."
