The employee at the front desk made me feel like a second class citizen for booking with Expedia. For the price that I paid, felt it should’ve been a different experience. The “city view” was literally looking at the buildings next door. I found out at checkout that the complimentary parking was not complimentary. Overall, it’s a great location...

"Location was great. Easy walk or short uber ride. Clean room and helpful staff."

"Breakfast bar was good. Our room had hair in the drain when we arrived so I don’t think our room was cleaned properly. One set of elevators was out of service and the wait time for the working elevators was extremely long- sound 10 min. Normally I would understand but I was told from someone at the hotel that they had been out of service since before Christmas and we stayed in the middle of March. "

"Breakfast was fresh, plenty of food. Staff manning breakfast were quick to replenish. Just wish they would greet :) I do appreciate the staff as I've worked similar job positions, so I have a high regard for everyone who works at hotels. They are the unsung heroes <3"

"The reason for our rating was because they listed there was parking included onsite but as soon as we got there they told us they only had valet parking for 70 a night. This was a big disappointment. Everything else was nice but we probably won't be back for that reason."
