"Couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the decor is gorgeous. Breakfast lovely and lots of options.
Only little suggestion would be to add in fluffy dressing gowns in the Winter months rather than the thin material ones.

"Our reservation said that we have VIP, which would’ve given us a free bottle of wine, but the hotel said that they did not see it so could not acknowledge it.
We absolutely loved the dining area. Breakfast was wonderful and the ambience was magical.
The bedroom decor was not something we would’ve chosen, but it was nice.The amenities provided in the bedroom were wonderful.
The bathroom was fantastic! Very luxurious.
The staff was lovely and very helpful.

"The front desk person who checked me in after a very turbulent travel day was such a genuine and warm comfort! I believe they had just started working there and are already proving that they’re a great fit. I loved our room and waking up to the canal view out our window in the morning. The vibes were just right. I will absolutely be back!"
