Forgot something in the room, called them later in the day and spoke with someone at the desk. They had the items, and arranged for pickup the next morning. Very helpful and nice. "Parking was secure and easy, room was nice but very hot when we got there - it took a long time to cool it down but eventually by bedtime, it did cool down. House is very nice and clean and host Patricia is very friendly and welcoming."

"Ok renovations made the feel and environment look inviting staff was pleasant breakfast was great (hot food) Let’s talk about the bed eh!!! Our room mattress was substandard (not awful) but much to be desired. Walls of our room were paper thin we heard every peep from room on either side and the family above felt like they were coming thru the ceiling (not the family’s fault they weren’t doing jumping jacks or running around) Toilet ran all night handle kept getting stuck Location was perfect We couldn’t turn heat on only air conditioner (early April we should have option for both) "
