"The property was clean.The website was deceasive about parking, which is $55 a night about the breakfast, which is $28 extra.And it should have been a lot more clearer than it was on the website. Howe.\n Ver, the beds were very, very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel is extremely huge and like a maze. You get lost easy."

My overall experience was terrible I couldn’t enjoy all the amenities due to others lounging across the room with their shoes off as if they were in their own private room. "This hotel is in a great location downtown. Very walkable area. Parking ramp is attached to the hotel so very easy parking. We ate breakfast at the restaurant/bar area and it was good. Not crazy expensive. Rooms were clean. Elevators are fast and there are enough of them so very short wait times. Even on the 15th floor, the sirens are still pretty loud and woke me several times, but welcome to the city :). Shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Cost for the hotel was...

"We got in early on a train and they held our bags until the room was ready, which they got for us prior to check in time. Pool was open, though marked as not available on the website. We walked everywhere in the Fulton Market area from this location. No hills, rental bikes everywhere, very walkable city. "

"I did not realize that Internet was not included. I was charged $50 a day for Internet and discounts on food- none of which I used. I had prepaid for the room then still ended up being charged $150 for that and then more money for other fees. There is not a microwave in the room but one in the hallway?!?! I just felt like for what should be a nice hotel, it lacked basic amenities you get at cheaper hotels. I would probably choose a different hotel in the same area next time."
