I contacted you way before my reservation and you said that my reservation was non-refundable and you told me that you would contact Quality Inn and ask for my paid for cancellation and YOU failed. I WILL NEVER Book anything through your website. You have screwed me repeatedly. I am not a wealthy person and when I have booked through you I have gotten F$$@ed. "The room was very nice and clean, also a great shower. The breakfast was lacking. After using the patio by the pool we couldn’t back in to the pool area through the pool door and had to go through a conference room and back around through the lobby, there was no key pad for that door???? The pool and hot tub were very nice!"
