"The room was good, and if you don’t need the hotel for anything except sleeping, then it’s fine. The staff is very nice. So why the low review? The concierge desk. We asked for one item to be sent to our room, we got 4 and then it was stuck on the bill, which we then had to argue. We asked them to make us reservations at the hotel restaurant, which they got wrong twice. We asked them to call us a cab, but they got what we thought was an Uber - it turned out to be a Black Car service totalling...
"The location is excellent; however, the breakfast could be better, and the room was extremely small. The bathroom also did not have an exhaust fan, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but it did not meet my expectations. There are better options available in the area."

The downstairs area turns into more of a nightclub at night, and the pool was disappointing. It’s basically the size of a large whirlpool, which wasn’t what we expected from the photos. There are also age restrictions at the pool during certain afternoon and evening hours and on weekends, which really limited when we could use it as a family.
