"The staff is always friendly. Love the bartenders at the main bar and at ‘The Roof’ always. Very convenient area, 15 min walk to Soho and 6 min walk to some of my favorite drunk night food stops like Prince St Pizza. I always stay here when I’m visiting the city for events. A short ride to areas like Brooklyn as well, if you need to cross the bridge. The crowd is always a great mix but overall very hip."

"A great hotel in a good location. Easy bus connections into Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, even though it is quite a long way mileage wise. The hotel is very 1990s but actually really cosy and spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was fair and the front desk staff were excellent. Nice new bathroom, although the choice of shower head is poor, so you don't get great water pressure. Apart from that it's good value for money and I would return!"
