"The hotel was clean and quiet and allowed easy access to both MSG and Penn station. The staff was kind and welcoming, especially Muhammad. He was the receptionist and he took exceptional care of my party. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience that much better! Highly recommend."

"Room was small but they all are in NYC, but it had everything we needed. Nice bathroom with great shower. There were some crumbs on the surface when we arrived, so I knew that hadn’t been cleaned but otherwise it was clean. The only housekeeping complaint was that only one day did we return to the room with the correct number of towels for all the family to shower. But they were easy to get from the front desk. I would say if you’re tall be prepared to have your feet hang off the end of the bed, my husbands did and he’s only 5,8” and I didn’t remove one of the pillows so slept a bit further down the bed but my feet went off the end and I’m 5’4”. Location is convenient, short walk from Penn station and short walk to Times Square. The hotels is set back from the street, and they have benches outside, which meant there were often homeless people hanging out on the benches. However, they have a security guard outside and they cleaned everyday so it was fine. The property felt secure since they had a security guard outside and another in the lobby and you have to use your key card for the elevator. I would stay again."
