"I recommend leaving the windows open as it gets a bit stuffy with the heating on but apart from that it’s a good hotel to just go to for a day or to as it’s cheap and in a good area"

"The property is good for the price, a cheap option - the door codes and keys were simple to use once i got the codes from the owner. its a bit out of the way - not much around the area - other than the DLR station at Star Lane. Would recommend if your on a budget. "

"It’s absolutely no frills but for a solo traveler who’s often in London, that’s completely fine. The proximity to the tube is pretty good, and I loved the easy access to the DLR."

"We booked this as it was near Stratford and we were going to the theatre at Stratford East. It was a bit of a walk, but that was fine. The room served a purpose and was adequate, if you want tea/coffee in your room collect it from the reception area (there is a kettle in the room) bed linen and towels were fresh and clean and tbh we had a great nights sleep- there was no 'City View' but we had a lovely church to look at... all in all it served a purpose as previously said. ... needs some big...

"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Just had the most amazing stay at city view. Everyone was very friendly. It was quite lively at times. The shower was hot, the beds were comfy the TV worked. If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down and have plenty of shops and cafes to wake up to then this is your spot. Would definitely stay again. "
