"We stayed for 1 night to be on the Elizabeth line to get to Heathrow on the tube. Super easy walk through the mall to catch the tube. Did not interact with any staff as the digital key worked flawlessly. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Nespresso machine and other good coffee/tea options. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Property was adequate and clean, staff were helpful. Food was lacking in variety on a daily basis and if you are looking for activities to keep occupied you would have to go off property to find that. Overall a nice quiet hotel."

"The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of continental and hot food. There was a lovely tranquil sunken garden area to unwind and have cocktails and drinks, very secluded and quiet, with a nice bar area. Very near and convenient to the Abba Arena. Would definitely recommend."

"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"We liked the fact it was so close to Westfield and the Tube/train station. The noise from the Tube was very loud. Breakfast was good and the hotel was up to date . I would definitely recommend and will be back."

"Clean room and bed sheets, soft towels. There's shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (it's a big plus for me, finally not the 3-in-1 gel I find in many hotels). There's a kettle, coffee, milk, and sugar in the room as well as a hair dryer. The condition of the walls (paint) is not great but apart from that the room was good. The bed is comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet. The pub is on the ground floor while the rooms are on the second meaning there's no noise in the evening. The staff is...

"Great location for Abba Voyage, 12 min walking from the Abba Arena. Not much else in the area, just one pub across the road, but very good for a one night stay. The staff were extremely helpful. The shower was good, and hairdryer available. There is a breakfast room, to cook you own food. The lodge supplies eggs, bread, cereals, tea and coffee amongst other items, so you can help yourself and cook. We would definitely stay again if visiting the Olympic Village area"

Room gets hot (not a bad thing), water gets hot (not a bad thing), very little amenities (hand soap and towels) - but for a great location, a breakfast next door and easy commutes this is the perfect place to rest your head. Don't expect a 5-star hotel. Expect a bed and quick hospitality for a fair price."
